Project:

The Bougainvillea Sling is an elegant, water-resistant sling bag that will hold your basic necessities for a quick trip out.

Duration:

4 hours

Materials used:

This project is made using vinyl (synthetic leather) for the exterior and cotton for the interior lining.

You will learn how to:

operate a basic sewing machine

handle vinyl material

 sew with zips

 box corners to create depth

 create zipper tabs

install rivets 

 create a webbing strap with swivel clips and rivets

Why learn this?

The Bougainvillea Sling is about the size of a Jujube’s large set (if you are familiar with JuJuBe products). It holds your smartphones, keys and miscellaneous items with room to spare. This sling bag is fully lined and does not have any internal or external compartments.

Participants will be closely guided during the process and get to bring home not only the final projects but also soft copies of the detailed pictorial tutorials.
