About Me

Hi!

Welcome to my blogsite. I was previously from an IT Telco industry before switching over to teaching (MOE-trained) in 2004. I became a SAHM in 2012 to care for 2 of my young children. I welcomed my third child in 2015. In my years of handling various learners of different needs, I understand that everyone learns differently. Hence, bearing those differences in mind, I take great care in ensuring that my instructions are concise and easily understood. I have been told by my participants that they feel comfortable and relaxed in my presence and I feel really encouraged by that.

Before May 2017, I did not do any sewing at all besides Home Economics during Secondary School days. It was my love for bags (and Jujube) that brought me to sewing eventually. I hope to pursue bag-making as a life-long goal and continue to hone my skills, at the same time, share my passion and knowledge to fellow like-minded sewists.
